    2. Licence

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access SketchForge courses for personal, non-commercial learning. No ownership of intellectual property is transferred.

    3. Payments & refunds

Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by trusted third‑party payment providers. You must ensure your payment details are accurate and you are authorised to use them.

    Cooling‑off period (digital content)

UK consumers are entitled to a 14‑day cooling‑off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because courses are digital content available immediately, you agree that downloading/streaming may begin during this period. You can request a refund within 14 days if less than 20% of the course content has been consumed on your account.

    4. Acceptable conduct

Be respectful to instructors and other learners. Do not engage in harassment, IP infringement, fraud, or other unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

    • No uploading malware or attempting to bypass security
    • No account sharing or credential disclosure
    • No automated bots that degrade service
    • Report vulnerabilities responsibly
    • Respect copyright and trademarks
    • Use community spaces courteously

    5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers retain any mandatory rights under local law. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring claims in their local courts where required by law.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.
